Workshops are preceded by a diagnosis of individual behavioural style plus the possible diagnosis of the individual perception of the team members. During the workshop, team members deepen their knowledge of different styles of behaviour, strengths and preferences of individuals. They diagnose and remove possible team dysfunctions. They design solutions to increase the efficiency and quality of teamwork. They also plan the changes at the individual level (fitting to other people). As a result, the team enters a much higher level of awareness and integration. It increases its ability to continuous learning and achieving ambitious goals. The level of motivation and satisfaction (so called emotional reward) also increases. The tool can provide excellent support for team building and improvement programs.
