We diagnose and define the organizational culture existing in the company. We conduct research and projects to implement its changes. In close cooperation with the managers, we design workshops, implementation tools, the change results analysis. We try to work so that organizational culture eventually becomes a strong part of a competitive organization and facilitates its strategy.

Change and modification of organizational culture

A change in organizational culture is a change of dominant patterns of thinking and action in an organization. It is a process that requires a lot of mindfulness during diagnosis and strategic approach when implementing the changes.

In the first stage we create a profile of an existing organizational culture that lists the characteristics of the existing culture (behaviour and rituals, patterns of conduct, prevailing beliefs and common assumptions).

During the workshop with managers we set a change model. Let’s remember that it is not always necessary to change the existing culture - sometimes it is enough to eliminate existing "pathologies" that interfere with effective functioning. We help to diagnose them and create strategy to eliminate them.

At the stage of implementation of changes and modifications, we take care of the coherence and consistency of actions, we help by providing the necessary competencies, we provide new competencies to leaders.
