Diagnosis of development needs at the individual level:- Advanced AC / DC testing focused on measuring strengths, weaknesses and reserves. The study covers the area of competence (so-called "suitability") and the adaptation of behaviours and attitudes to organizational culture and existing expectations.

This component is particularly important in long-term organizational development, talent management and leadership development. Diagnosis of development needs at team level The author method TeamMirror ™ combines four diagnostic techniques that allow the team to mirror each other and together with the leader draw conclusions:: BLOCKING DIAGNOSIS - is a method that addresses the current problems and difficulties (including dysfunctions) experienced by the team. CONTEXT DIAGNOSIS - shows the context of the team action. Factors related to the team environment, the behaviour of other members of the organization and teams, the culture of the organization and the related beliefs and values are all analysed. TEAM ASSESMENT - a method of observing the behaviour of team members by consultants and providing feedback. Consultants based on proven expertise on high performance teams work combine it with the practice of building effective teams.. CONFRONTATION DIAGNOSIS - is a method by which a team, through confrontation with reality, can look at itself. This method maximizes the use of own resources, survival and observations of the team members themselves. The basis of the method is the selection of appropriate "diagnostic situations" (outdoor and indoor).
