ILead ™ participants take part in several or more training sessions related to coaching, action learning and individually set development goals. They expand their knowledge, improve their skills and take actions in line with their development plan.

What is the model of Intelligent Leadership?

Intelligent leadership is understood as the process of leading that people follow. It is essential in modern organizations where knowledgeable workers require a new leadership style and where teams take the form of project teams, multidisciplinary, diverse in terms of communication and personality, virtual teams and high-performance teams. In such structures the effective leadership depends on the skilful relationship management, diversity, creating engagement and inspiration for employees.

We work through two parallel processes of leadership development:

I. The process of becoming a leader - based on self-development (beliefs, character, personal effectiveness). It is implemented through properly composed training courses and coaching.

II. The process of developing leadership competencies related to working with people - motivating, inspiring and developing others. It is implemented through training in the areas of the leader’s key work tools:
