Team coaching

Development of the team and its members through coaching and action learning is complementary to other activities, such as workshops and training.

Two types of activities:

  • Team Coaching - the entire team works in partnership with a coach that helps the team reach goals and make changes.
  • Action Learning - a team (e.g. a management team) becomes a learning group in which each participant works on its own development and effectiveness. The team starts working with an external facilitator and then works alone.

Recommended coaching techniques in working with the team:

  • Setting goals and planning activities
  • Review and reflection on the action
  • Troubleshooting
  • Changing styles of thinking and attitudes
  • Facilitation of the change
