We rely on the standards of the Consultants and Coaches of Management Association MATRIK. We have International Management Coaching certificate, Insights Discovery accreditation (behavioural typology) and Ericson College (coaching).

We act with respect to provisions of the Code of Good Practices developed by the Polish Chamber of Training Companies.
